7-Eleven and Guardian Singapore was recognised for outstanding achievements in service excellence and retail leadership at the 2025 Retail Awards Gala Night and EXSA (Excellent Service Awards), organised by the Singapore Retailers Association.

We are also so proud of Charlie Yong from 7-Eleven, who was named Retail Manager of the Year, an incredible milestone that celebrates her 25-year journey with us.

Guardian was also named Retailer of the Year (People’s Choice) - Runner Up, a recognition made even more meaningful as it reflects the trust and loyalty of our customers who see Guardian as their go-to advisor for health and wellness.

Across both brands, 517 team members were celebrated at the EXSA Awards, receiving 104 Star, 145 Gold, and 268 Silver Awards for their dedication to service and customer excellence.
