Before I joined DFI‘s leadership training program, I often felt unsure about how to lead my team through tough situations. I wanted to inspire them, but lacked clear strategies to guide them with confidence.
The executive coaching offered as a part of the program completely reshaped my approach to leadership. It gave me actionable strategies that empowered me to take command of any situation and address challenges head-on. With new tools and techniques, I felt equipped to make informed decisions with clarity and precision.
I am most thankful for the opportunity to bond with fellow leaders across the organisation. The interactions were invaluable, offering fresh perspectives, sharing real-world experiences, and fostering connections that extended beyond the training sessions. Their support has been vital as I developed my approach to leadership.
Today, I feel more capable in leading my team toward success. As my leadership approach evolved, I am now able to make more strategic choices and inspire my team to push boundaries, achieving outcomes that once seemed out of reach. My team members also become more motivated, productive, and aligned. With this newfound morale, I am confident that we can achieve our collective goals and continue to grow as a high-performing team.
