On-the-job training at DFI not only encompasses skills development for practical tasks, but also stretch assignments that challenge me to apply my expertise in ways beyond my imagination. As opposed to learning techniques and knowledge out of context, these hands-on tasks demand quick thinking and adaptability, helping me develop valuable competencies, sharpen my problem-solving abilities, and build the confidence to tackle complex challenges. The support and constructive feedback I receive from my manager and colleagues are invaluable throughout this journey. Their guidance helps me navigate the complexities of each task with clarity and allows me to grow both professionally and personally. In addition to sharpening my analytical and problem-solving skills, I have also gained a newfound confidence in tackling complex challenges, empowering me to embrace the constant changes in the retail industry.
