The Kai Tak Concept Store also marks the debut of 7-Eleven’s largest dedicated zones for popular collectibles and blind boxes, idol merchandise and gacha-style collectible card machines, created to match the interests of a new generation of customers. From fan-favourite IP character merchandise to best-selling blind boxes and the latest trendy items, the store brings together a wide mix of products in one place – offering fans and collectors plenty to explore.

A new Pet Zone also debuts at the Kai Tak Concept Store, offering a wider range of pet products and foods to meet different needs. The store also features 7-Eleven favourites including Tsat Jai Sik Dong and 7CAFÉ, where customers can enjoy great-value, high-quality coffee alongside popular Hong Kong-style comfort foods such as siu mai, fish balls, lo mein and Hong Kong milk tea, plus new limited-time items. The Kai Tak Concept Store brings 7-Eleven’s innovation to the forefront, with a fresh new retail experience designed for fans of collectibles and pop culture. For the first time, the store features 7-Eleven’s largest-ever dedicated zone for popular collectibles and blind boxes, complete with display cabinets and showcase boxes that let customers browse trending IP series at a glance and easily pick out their favourite pieces.

The new store gathers a wide mix of fan-favourite characters and collections, including Sho-Chan, Chiikawa, Joguman and mofusand. It also introduces SANRIO 1st-generation and 2nd-generation support bags, adding even more choice for collectors. With a broader and more varied range across plush figures, bag charms, stationery, lifestyle items and everyday accessories, the Kai Tak Concept Store aims to become a go-to destination for trendy collectibles. To mark the opening, a selection of limited-edition anime lucky bags will also be available in store, so fans can kick off their haul in style.

Collectible Card (Gacha) Zone – 12 Machines Now In Store
To match the new generation’s love of fresh experiences that feel surprising and share-worthy, the Kai Tak Concept Store features a dedicated Collectible Card (Gacha) Zone, with 12 card machines now available in store. The line-up includes three idol-themed machines and nine machines themed around popular IP characters, giving customers an easy, fun way to try their luck and enjoy the thrill of the draw.

The zone also offers store-exclusive limited-edition collectible cards featuring highly popular IP characters such as mofusand, Cardcaptor Sakura, Ojamajo Doremi, and LuLu the Piggy. To echo the major international entertainment events taking place nearby at Kai Tak Sports Park, the store also features a dedicated Idol Merchandise Zone. The new zone brings together three popular local pet brands, including a LIFETASTIC pet cake counter for special moments with pets, a dedicated Q-Pets shelf offering dry food, wet food and snacks, and a selection of pet wellness products, including Wai Yuen Tong’s pet health range.
