DFI Retail Group is proud to announce that our pioneering Qualifications Framework Level 6 Programme for the Hong Kong retail industry (master level equivalent), has been honoured with three prestigious awards at the HKMA Award for Excellence in Training and Development 2025, including Bronze Award, Excellence in Digital Transformation and Excellence in Reskilling and Upskilling.
These achievements highlight our commitment to nurturing future-ready talent, driving innovation, and shaping the future of the retail industry in Hong Kong.
We are deeply grateful to our programme graduates, whose exceptional dedication and ambition have made this achievement possible. They exemplify DFI’s team member value proposition (TMVP): “Creating Possibilities Every Day.”
Despite the rigorous demands of the programme and the challenges of peak retail seasons, they embraced every opportunity for learning and growth, inspired those around them, and completed the programme with outstanding results.
Our graduates are already driving digital transformation across our operations, enhancing customer experience and operational efficiency at Mannings, 7-Eleven, Wellcome, and IKEA. Through comprehensive reskilling and upskilling, they have strengthened team capabilities, accelerated innovation, and contributed to the Group’s sustainable growth.
