Oliver’s The Delicatessen (Oliver’s), Hong Kong’s premier gourmet destination hailed for its commitment to exceptional artisan foods since 1981, celebrates relocating to the 3rd floor of Landmark Prince’s in Central. The upwards move to a new store concept, encompassing almost 7,000 products over 7,000 square feet of vibrant space, will excite and satisfy customers of all tastes.

The new space beautifully reflects this heritage of gourmet sophistication, adorned in calming natural wood, marble and cream colour tones. Among a plethora of new dedicated areas, the Chef’s Pantry, Salad Bar, Sushi Bar and Brew & Bake showcase more than 100 exclusive delicacies from the world’s artisans and freshly made creations; The Butcher’s Table offers WBI (Wisconsin Beef Industries) US prime beef – served at Hong Kong’s best steakhouses – while The Cellar (wine) presents an incredible collection of prestige pours. The new store has also introduced a range of specialty brands from Italy, Sweden, and other places.

Oliver’s boosts its sumptuous ready-to-eat selections at the Chef’s Pantry with a premium twist on the popular local ‘rice with 2 sides’ meal – choices span the sumptuous Braised Oxtail with French Red Wine, crispy Fried Pork Tenderloin drizzled with Italian Balsamic, and fragrant Cauliflower Rice with Fresh Shrimp, among many others. An enticing array of signature dishes includes Oliver’s Signature Roasted Danish Chicken Set, featuring the tender meat of premium poultry sourced directly from Denmark, perfectly seasoned and roasted to perfection. Another rich, succulent standout is Roasted Australian Sirloin Beef Set, presenting a mouthwatering combination of expertly roasted beef.

Hungry diners in a hurry can opt for Oliver’s Hot Takes featuring diverse and dynamic multinational cuisine selections available to grab and go, freshly made daily. Savour the likes of Braised Beef Cheek in Red Wine Sauce with Mashed Potato, Duck Breast served with Roasted Potatoes and Vegetables in Teriyaki Sauce, Eel Fried Rice, and Stir-fried Flat Rice Noodles with Beef.

For wholesome lunching, the vibrant Salad Bar includes refreshing new creations like Curly Kale and Shiitake Mushroom Salad; the protein-packed textural delight of Shredded Chicken with Green Bean Noodles; the elevated classic of Herb Chicken Caesar Salad with a zesty dressing; and the intriguing Abura Soba Salad. Customised bowls are available for a choice of 3 salads from a selection of more than 30 varieties. Freshly made Sandwiches are also ideal light lunch options.

The Sushi Bar offers up to 50 seasonal choices of sushi and donburi sets, all freshly made daily. Five-Colour Jewel Donburi comprising jet-fresh salmon, sea urchin, scallop, shrimp and salmon roe is an eye-catching highlight, while beautifully crafted Sushi Platters are also available.

Ideal for an afternoon indulgence or mid-morning treat, the new bakery selection at Brew & Bake abounds with blissful sweet pastries fresh from the oven, such as Floral Egg Tart, Pistachio Floral Tart and Pistachio Caramelised Croissant.

Home cooks will delight in the new The Butcher’s Table at Oliver’s, which has an impressive selection of fresh meat. A standout among the superb cuts of top-quality beef is Australian 40 Days Dry Aged Beef Tomahawk, whose richer beef flavour results from slow evaporation of moisture during dry aging under strictly controlled conditions.

Oliver’s also debuts its Japanese Wagyu collection, featuring two leading A5-grade wagyu brands, Omi Wagyu and Hiya Wagyu, sourced directly from Japanese farms in handy cuts for home cooking – Yakiniku Platter and Shabu-Shabu Platter.

The Cellar is a key attraction of the relocated Delicatessen, enabling Oliver’s to present a remarkable collection of more than 700 wines from the Old World and the New, plus a covetable lineup of rare, collectible spirits. Stellar arrivals include exclusive bottles from top Australian boutique wineries, acclaimed reds from China, and a wide selection of high-quality everyday drinking wines.

The Australian offerings truly shine, especially the prized pours of Hentley Farm in Barossa Valley, a single-estate boutique producer ranked among the Top Wineries of Australia 2025. Oliver’s curated range of Hentley Farm wines include the opulent, complex Clos Otto Shiraz, The Beast Shiraz exhibiting robust dark-fruit flavours, and H Block, a lively blend of Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon.
