As a key function of our retail business, the commercial team plays a pivotal role in managing all aspects of the performance of assigned product categories. This involves everything from strategizing buying and pricing strategies to meet market needs to increase sales performance, suppliers relationship management to achieve the best buying terms, monitoring product performance as well as planning effective product layout to meet changing needs of customers.
Programme commences in July every year.
