DFI partnered with PolyU SPEED to introduce Hong Kong’s first Qualifications Framework Level 6 programme in Retail. Designed to balance academic rigour with practical application, the programme supports team members in building advanced skills while managing the demands of peak retail operations. Participants were encouraged to apply learning directly to their roles, driving real world impact across banners.

Successful Completion and Multiple External Recognitions

In April 2025, 33 exceptional team members from Wellcome, Mannings, 7 Eleven and IKEA graduated from the programme in April 2025. They demonstrated resilience and ambition, embraced every opportunity for learning and growth, inspired those around them, and completed the programme with outstanding results. Their enhanced capabilities are already driving digital transformation, enhancing customer experience and operational efficiency across our banners. The programme has also received three recognitions at the HKMA Award for Excellence in Training and Development 2025, including the Bronze Award, Excellence in Digital Transformation and Excellence in Reskilling and Upskilling.
