Building a culture of continuous learning is central to DFI’s team member success. By making learning more accessible, flexible and engaging, DFI aims to empower team members to take ownership of their development while building future ready capabilities across the organisation.
Delivering Accessible and Purpose Driven Learning
DFILEARN was introduced as DFI’s digital learning management system to make learning accessible anytime, anywhere and in the flow of work. Designed with a user friendly and visually engaging interface, the platform supports personalised learning through AI powered recommendations and gamified features such as badges and certifications. As part of this transformation, the Sustainability Academy was also launched as a dedicated learning hub within DFILEARN, providing curated sustainability courses and interactive modules to build practical awareness and capability across teams.
Strong Adoption and Learning Outcomes
Officially launched on 27 June 2025, DFILEARN achieved 98% activation and contributed to over 15,000 learning hours within 2025. Through targeted programmes such as the Sustainability Academy, team members gained access to curated courses and interactive modules, strengthening their ability to integrate their learning into everyday decisions and supporting DFI’s long term goals.
